-  My name is Samantha and my age is 16.  I live in California, not Europe, unfortunately.  I tend to be overly obsessed with grades and education.  For fun I take Spanish quizzes.  Oh yes, I know some Spanish and I can occasionally hold a conversation.  The language of German is also slightly familiar to me because I grew up with my grandmother speaking it, although most is forgotten.  For my future, I am planning on pursuing a career in medicine or perhaps history.

-  Some things just churn my intestines- in a good way.  Shall I cover the detail?  The sport of field hockey is by far the greatest discovery known to this galaxy and it is my most prized talent.  I also play basketball, although I don’t have a yearning to play it every moment of my life.  Okay, here’s a list of the delights of my existence.  Eh-hem, many European countries, my dog and cat, Doctor Who, medical and detective shows, hot tea, wild animals, odd clothing, hipsters, stormy weather, accents of almost any sort, alternative/indie music, flawless grades, clean language, synonyms, treading water, and loads more.

-  I only follow back if you ask me to take a look at your blog and I find it attractive, which means it’ll have to be a similar style to mine.  I can be picky, I’m sorry.  Oh, and I will answer all questions no matter what, even if they’re unbelievably impolite or ignorant.  They are almost always replied to privately unless I find them intriguing or if they’re anonymous.  Also, my way of expressing myself often includes complex words and nice grammar because I find that way of typing more appealing to the eye.

-  I don’t post a lot of personal stories and experiences, mainly photographs.  Well I do post quite a bit of this magnificent British program called Doctor Who.  I REALLY REALLY enjoy it.  I suppose I’d call it an obsession.  

-  I’ve been using tumblr since Friday, 27 November 2009 and my blog has evolved since then and I believe it will continue to change.

-  The only beverages I drink are tea and water.  At least 3 liters every 24 hours.  I’m slightly OCD about it.

-  I make it a big deal in myself to be polite to everyone.  I think I reached this epiphany this one day in field hockey practice when someone told me I was the nicest person they’ve ever met.  That was quite the self-esteem booster.  But I am usually rather awkward with people.  I don’t always understand how others work.

-   I am of European descent. And I am 1/16 Cherokee Indian. My blood is a mixture of German, Austrian, Welsh, English, Scottish, and Irish.
